Before you consult us

Q.I have never used AI at all.
No problem. Many people start from there. We proceed without technical jargon.
Q.Which AI will you teach?
We mainly teach using Claude. Depending on the consultation, we may also cover other AI tools.
Q.What is the difference between the three plans?
The note-only plan is a special price limited to 5 people, centered on answering questions by chat, for personal learning. AI lessons run at about once a week, for those who want to build the skill steadily over time (individuals and businesses alike). AI adoption support is a one-time plan for businesses, with one month of follow-up after adoption.
Q.Do I need to hand over my accounts or passwords?
No. This is not an agency that takes over your access; it is a lesson-style service where we show you how and set things up together. Account management stays in your hands.
Q.What happens after the one month of AI adoption follow-up ends?
Basically, you run it yourself. If you would like to keep consulting, we will guide you at that point to options such as the AI lessons (monthly).
Q.Do meetings have to be by phone or in person?
No. Meetings can be done by text — LINE, email, Slack and so on. Because I work alongside my main job, I generally do not hold meetings by video call. In return, the exchanges are kept on record, so misunderstandings are less likely, and we can proceed at times that suit both of us. We work online with customers anywhere in Japan.
